Why children refuse to cooperate and where to start. How to gather everything your child loves in one place and control access to it - gradually, without sudden changes.
02 Lesson 2 · 5:17 minStage 2. The adult as a reward
Spend time together on your child’s favorite activities and give rewards only together with yourself - so the fun happens with the adult. No demands at the start.
03 Lesson 3 · 3:03 minStage 3. Choosing instructions carefully
Start with one instruction during a favorite activity. Clear, simple instructions without a questioning tone, and prompts that help your child without reinforcing unwanted behavior.
04 Lesson 4 · 4:39 minStage 4. Using motivating situations
Add instructions to what your child enjoys: this way they learn to listen and cooperate, and you gradually move to a reinforcement schedule.
05 Lesson 5 · 3:31 minStage 5. Gradually reducing how often you reward
First reinforce every response, then over time move to an intermittent schedule of rewards.
06 Lesson 6 · 13:28 minStage 6. Assessing preferences and prioritizing target behavior

Do I need a background in psychology or education?
No. The course is designed primarily for parents. The material is in plain language and focused on practical use at home.
How is it different from “Key to Independence”?
The express course is 6 lessons on cooperation with your child - where any learning begins. “Key to Independence” is a complete step-by-step system of 4 modules and 19 lessons, and the Gold and Platinum plans add a group chat, the “Starting Speech” course and materials for activities.
How do I get access?
After payment, access is sent to your email. Lessons are in your personal account on the site, with lifetime access.
What language is the course in?
